Payment Terms of Service

1. Payment Requirements

  • Under $100.00: Full payment is required at the time of booking. Payment must be completed prior to the start of your reading to secure your appointment.
  • Over $100.00: A 25% non-refundable deposit is required when scheduling your reading. This deposit reserves your appointment in advance. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 24 hours prior to your appointment or immediately before the session begins.
  • Advance Payments: All payments must be received before the reading commences. Eve Eternal reserves the right to cancel appointments if payments are not made as specified.

2. Payment Methods

  • Online Payments: We accept credit card payments via PayPal. Please review PayPal’s privacy policy here. All transactions are processed through PayPal’s secure third-party platform.
  • In-Person Payments: Cash payments are accepted for in-person services. Checks and money orders are not accepted.
  • Failed Transactions: If your payment is declined or fails due to errors on your end, the amount owed must be settled in full along with a 25% interest charge on the balance for any deficiencies.

Third-Party Platforms:
Eve Eternal is not responsible for mishandling of payments by third-party platforms (e.g., PayPal). Please ensure you read and agree to the privacy policies and terms of use of these platforms when making payments.

3. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of the services provided, all tarot and coaching services are non-refundable. By booking a service, you acknowledge and accept that these readings are final and not subject to reimbursement.

4. Service Disclaimer

Tarot and coaching services offered by Eve Eternal are considered professional services, not goods, and follow service-related regulatory standards.

These readings are intended to offer support and personal empowerment. They do not replace legal, medical, financial, or mental health advice. If your inquiry involves legal, financial, or medical concerns, please seek advice from a qualified professional.

5. GDPR and CCPA Compliance

  • Data Processing: Your personal information, such as payment data, will only be collected and processed as necessary to fulfill your transaction and provide services. We do not collect more data than is required, and your data will not be shared without your consent, except with essential service providers (e.g., PayPal) as needed for payment processing.
  • User Rights: If you are located in the European Union or California, you have the following rights:
    • The right to access and receive a copy of your personal data.
    • The right to request correction or deletion of your personal information, subject to legal and contractual limitations.
    • The right to object to or restrict certain forms of processing.
    • The right to withdraw consent for data collection at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of data collected before withdrawal.

6. Recording Consent for Video Readings

Video tarot readings may be conducted via third-party platforms (e.g., Zoom, Skype). If these sessions are recorded, you will be notified in advance and have the option to decline.

  • Client Access: If recorded, you may request a copy of the session, subject to applicable fees.
  • Consent Requirement: Recordings will only occur with your explicit consent. Clients or third-party platforms are prohibited from recording without the express written permission of Eve Eternal. If you wish to record a session, please send a request to: Info@eveeternal.com.

7. Disclosure of Legal Limitations

In some jurisdictions, tarot readings must be legally disclosed as entertainment services. If this law applies to you, please consider your reading as such.

Additionally, any readings or services provided by Eve Eternal do not involve occult practices intended to influence outcomes beyond entertainment purposes.

8. For Entertainment Purposes Only

Under the policies of certain hosting platforms and applicable local laws, all tarot services provided by Eve Eternal are intended for entertainment purposes only and are not guaranteed to provide specific results.

9. Data Retention Policy

  • Personal Data: Payment records are retained only as long as necessary to complete transactions, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes.
  • Erasure Requests: If you wish to delete your personal information, contact Info@eveeternal.com. We will process your request in accordance with GDPR, CCPA, and other applicable laws. However, certain data may be retained for legal or security purposes.
  • Video Recordings: Any recordings will be stored only for the agreed-upon duration and deleted upon request, except where retention is required by law.

10. No Urgency Clause

The parties agree that time is not of the essence for services provided. Clients are advised to schedule non-urgent appointments and not rely on tarot readings for time-sensitive issues.

11. Ethics and Coaching Philosophy

Eve Eternal follows a strict Code of Ethics available on our website. Our services are intended to empower you to achieve personal and professional goals.

Readings provide insight and intuitive guidance, but do not substitute for professional counseling or therapy. We focus on supporting your spiritual growth and life path development, not offering diagnostic solutions.
